Early-access privacy notice
This notice covers the QbitSuite public website and its early-access interest form. Updated 4 October 2026.
What we collect
The form saves your email address, optional product interests, consent version and submission time. It does not create an ERP account, verify ownership of your email or collect a password or payment details.
How we use it
We use your details to understand interest in QbitSuite and send early-access invitations and launch updates with your consent. We do not sell the list or use it for unrelated advertising.
Hosting and security
Google Cloud hosts this website and stores the list privately in India (asia-south1). Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network information to prevent automated abuse. These providers may process technical data in other countries. Infrastructure providers may keep access and security logs, including IP addresses; the interest record itself does not contain your IP address.
Retention and your choices
Interest records are scheduled for deletion after 180 days. You can request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent by emailing tech@quantmhill.com from the address you registered. We may confirm ownership before acting. Deletion from the live list is followed by expiry of any provider recovery copies.
Cookies and tracking
We do not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics to this site. Turnstile may use browser storage or security signals needed to protect the form. See Cloudflare’s privacy information for details.
