Customer and order details get retyped across spreadsheets and apps. Our plan connects records across the customer lifecycle.

Meet QbitSuite · Early access target: 3 November 2026
One connected suite for your sales, finances, people and operations. Built to give growing teams their time back.
QbitSuiteOne shared foundation. A suite delivered in phases.
The quote is in one tool. Stock is in a spreadsheet. Finance is chasing an update. Sound familiar?
We are building the connections, so your team can focus on the work.
Customer and order details get retyped across spreadsheets and apps. Our plan connects records across the customer lifecycle.
Payments, bills and follow-ups get buried. Planned shared views bring the next action and its owner into focus.
Sales promises, stock levels and project status drift apart. Connected workflows are designed to keep handoffs visible.
More people and locations should not mean shared passwords and mystery changes. Permissions and audit trails are part of the foundation.
Start with what your team needs. Grow into what comes next. Explore the capabilities we are building, one phase at a time.

Planned AI capabilities · Rolling out in phases, not all at early-access launch.
Read supplier details, dates, line items and totals from an invoice or receipt. Flag unclear fields and possible duplicates.
Check the source document, correct extracted fields, and accept or reject the draft. Posting a bill still follows your finance approvals.
Source-linked fields, confidence indicators and arithmetic checks.
Suggest bank matches and account categories, highlight unusual transactions, and draft explanations of financial changes.
Confirm or reject matches and categories. Review the evidence and approve financial changes through the normal accounting workflow.
Linked transactions and reasons for suggestions; forecasts are advisory.
Summarize calls and emails, suggest next steps, and draft customer follow-ups using the deal history.
Correct the summary, choose the next action, and review the exact message before sending.
The relevant customer history, editable drafts and explained recommendations.
Extract draft tasks from meeting notes, suggest dates and owners, and prepare status summaries or delivery-risk alerts.
Confirm task assignments and dates, revise the plan, and decide which updates are shared with clients.
Links to notes, tasks and project records behind each suggestion.
Extract candidate details, draft HR documents, and explain payroll variances before a pay run is approved.
HR verifies records and makes hiring decisions. Managers own ratings; payroll administrators review variances and approve pay runs.
Correctable source fields and explained variances. No automatic hiring rejection or performance rating.
Use stock, sales history and supplier lead times to suggest reorder quantities and prepare draft purchase orders.
Check demand and stock assumptions, adjust quantities, choose suppliers, and approve purchases or stock changes.
The stock position, history and lead-time assumptions behind the recommendation.
Answer questions using accessible business records and show sources. For a requested change, prepare a preview of the affected records.
Check cited records, inspect the proposed changes, and confirm or cancel. Required business approvals still apply.
Source citations for answers and a before-and-after preview for actions.
The plan includes feature controls, access limited to the records you can see, and an audit trail for approved changes. A manual path stays available.
The copilot will prepare drafts and change previews. It will not independently post money, approve payroll or send messages externally. Hiring and performance decisions stay with people.
A connected journey from the first conversation to payment. This is the sales-to-cash workflow we are working towards.

Capture the customer and opportunity.
Turn approved work into orders or projects.
Link invoices, payments and follow-ups.
Review the impact in shared reports.

Agencies. Retailers. Trading businesses. Growing teams with real work to get done.
A shared system needs clear boundaries. Access, financial accuracy and accountable decisions are core to the plan.
Role-based access, workspace isolation and multi-factor authentication are part of the foundation.
Audit history and controlled approvals are planned to explain who changed what and when.
AI and OCR will prepare suggestions and drafts for review. Financial posting and sensitive actions need explicit controls.
Currencies, languages, tax and payroll rules will expand by supported region. We are not promising every country at launch.
The application is in development and is being tested on staging. This website collects early-access interest only. It does not provide access to a production ERP.
That is our target for opening early access, approximately 30 days from this announcement. It is not a guaranteed release date. We will share readiness updates and the initial feature scope by email.
